Pre-Orders
All Kanela Collective items are currently offered on a pre-order basis.
By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that your item is not ready for immediate dispatch. Estimated production and shipping timelines will be stated on the product page at the time of purchase.
Please note that shipping dates are estimates and may be subject to change due to production or carrier delays.
Processing & Dispatch
Once production is complete, orders will be processed and dispatched within 3–5 business days.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
